The course covers topics such as finance, marketing, operations, human resources management with construction management topics such as construction laws, sustainable design, risk management and construction economics. MBA in construction management can be pursued after completion of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. You may be required to have a minimum of 50% or more marks in the graduation degree. In addition to that, you may have to pass an entrance exam like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT or other university specific exams. Some universities also require you to have work experience in the field. The course prepares students for a job in the construction industry. MBA Construction Management Eligibility Criteria : 

To pursue MBA in construction management, students are required to have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. In general, 50% or more marks are required in  the bachelor’s degree. A reservation of 5% is given to reserved category students. Besides that, students may have to pass an entrance test like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT or other university based entrance tests. To get admission in one year MBA programs, you should also have work experience in the field.
